If you desire for an estate agent who turns up in a designer suit, who has been drilled to the point of being brainwashed, offers clichĂ© one liners and gushes over your vintage pelmet curtains, all of which make you think ‘typical estate agent’, then perhaps we are not the estate agent for you.
We could also bore you with the numerous awards we have won, but we know you don’t really care (if you do care, let me know because I am really proud of my team and would love to talk about our awards!). We have no aspiration to bombard you with corporate presentations and stats, which baffles you with information that ultimately has no meaningful value.Â
Instead, lets be real, we are local Sheppey residents that like to help you move.Â

Absolutely brilliant, couldn’t recommend them enough, great service start to finish & great communication throughout, highly recommend!
Used House to sell a property with a Lease which had some missing information on the Lease but with Andries and Lisa’s intervention the problem was sorted out much quicker than it would have been if all had been left with the solicitors to deal with. I gave 5 stars because when you need an intervention in a problem sale House were able to be there for both sides. We felt it was money well spent on them. Thank you again.
