What information is being collected?
When you have been in connection with us whether that’s to book a viewing or valuation or a rental reason we may take the following details which has been provided by you voluntarily:
- Your name, your title, postcode, address, e-mail address, contact numbers, your position (whether you have anything to sell).
If you have had a connection with us to a service we provided we may also collect information like:

- We will need to see a mortgage agreement in principle if you have offered on a property so we know you can borrow up to the amount needed.
